Canada and Bosnia and Herzegovina drew 1-1 in an intense Group B encounter at Toronto's BMO Field, a Canadian venue for the 2026 World Cup. The ground, beside Lake Ontario and holding 43,036 spectators, is a compact, noisy arena that backed the hosts at this 48-team tournament also staged by the United States and Mexico.
The Balkan side struck early. In the 21st minute, Jovo Lukic put Bosnia ahead after an assist from Sead Kolasinac, rewarding a strong visiting start. The goal left the hosts chasing the game for much of the night.
