For the first time, a World Cup is spread across three countries: 11 venues in the United States, 3 in Mexico and 2 in Canada. The final will be played at MetLife Stadium.

The 2026 World Cup is the first in history spread across three host countries, and also the one with the greatest logistical deployment: 16 venues split between the United States, Mexico and Canada to host the tournament's 48 teams and 104 matches.

The bulk of the competition takes place in the United States, with eleven venues from coast to coast: among them MetLife Stadium in the New York area, SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, AT&T Stadium in Dallas, the Mercedes-Benz in Atlanta, NRG in Houston, Levi's in the San Francisco area, Lumen Field in Seattle and the stadiums of Kansas City, Philadelphia, Miami and Boston.

Mexico contributes three history-laden venues: the mythical Estadio Azteca in Mexico City —which made history by hosting the opening match and becoming the first stadium with matches at three World Cups—, the Estadio Akron in Guadalajara and the Estadio BBVA in Monterrey.

Canada, which had never hosted matches at a men's World Cup, makes its debut with two venues: BMO Field in Toronto and BC Place in Vancouver, extending the tournament to the North American country for the first time.

The grand final will be played at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. With very different climates, time zones and altitudes from one city to another, the logistics of this three-country World Cup are as monumental as the tournament itself.
